- How does the free trial work?
- Starter, Growth and Business include a 14-day free trial. Sign up, connect a gateway and try the plan's features before you commit.
- Do I still pay my gateway's fees?
- Yes. Transaction fees charged by PayFast, Netcash, Ozow and other providers are billed by them directly under your merchant agreement.
- Can I change plans later?
- Contact us and we'll help you move to the plan that fits.
- What happens if I reach a limit?
- Limits such as users, gateways or monthly transactions are set per plan. If you are approaching one, upgrade or talk to us about Enterprise.
